  4. You can check and view your orders and track them.

  4. Press the edit button on the billing address.

  4. Press the edit button on the shipping address.

Q4. How can I change the email address on my account?

  1. First, you need to log in.
  2. Go to My Account.
  3. Select ‘ACCOUNT DETAILS‘ from the left menu bar.
  4. You can see your current email address, then you can change to a new one.

Q5. How can I change my account password?

  1. First, you need to log in.
  2. Go to My Account.
  3. Select ‘ACCOUNT DETAILS‘ from the left menu bar.
  4. Please put your current password and enter the new password in the blank form.

Q6. I have forgotten my password. How can I get a new one?

  1. First, go to log in/ sign up page.
  2. On the login section, press the ‘Lost your password?’ sentence.
  3. Type your current username or email.

  2. Place your order by using  ‘PayPal’
  3. You can use new/used credit card information

Cancelling Order
1. Go to ‘Cart‘
2. Click the trash icon

Add orders
1. Pick the product that you want
2. Click ‘Add to cart’ button

Modify orders
1. Add/Remove the orders that you want/don’t want.

Q4. i just placed my order, when will you charge my credit card?

The credit card charge is based on PayPal. Once we receive the payment, we will proceed to ship the product to the customer.

Q5. Can I have a shipping address that is separated from my billing address?

Yes, you can. You can give it to other address in the information section.

Q6. Why am i not given a shipping method order to select?

Shipping method is available in a certain country only.

Q7. Is it safe to put my credit card online?

That selection of payment method isn’t available.
